How AI limits work
Each AI feature has its own monthly allowance, so you always know what you have left.
Free, Basic and Plus
Every AI feature shows a count, like “30 / mo”. The app shows what’s left, for example “22 of 30 left”, and highlights it when you’re close.
When you reach a limit
That feature pauses until your allowance resets or until you upgrade. Editing, downloads and everything else keep working.
Pro
AI is unlimited within fair use of 100 actions a day. Tailoring, cover letters, import and interview feedback use Advanced AI for the first 300 each month.

Questions
Do unused AI allowances carry over?
No. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings → Plan & billing. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, then move to Free.
What happens to my resumes if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You can still open and download every resume as a PDF. You can only create new ones up to your new plan’s limit.
What’s the difference between Standard and Advanced AI?
Standard AI is fast and handles everyday writing. Advanced AI is our most capable model, used on Pro for tailoring, cover letters, import and interview feedback, where writing quality matters most.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect as soon as your payment goes through. To move to a lower plan, cancel in Settings; you keep your current plan until the end of the month you paid for.
Is my content used to train AI?
AI features are processed by our AI infrastructure. If we use an AI model provider, it acts as our processor under a contract that forbids training on your content.
Do you offer plans for teams or schools?
Not yet. These four plans are for individual job seekers.
